Welcome back to Thank God It’s Monday! And happy Tuesday! I am late this morning getting out TGIM because I was very fortunate to celebrate my birthday this weekend and had to prioritize some papers for school with more strict deadlines. I was feeling so overwhelmed with gratitude this weekend I thought I’d share 29 things I’m grateful for instead of my usual diatribe.

I am most grateful for this experience of life and the sense of fulfillment that comes with hard work, a driving purpose, and a positive impact on the world. If you want to, try this exercise of writing out 29 things you’re grateful for (or you can do your own age)! It is an excellent exercise for your brain to seek out the things in life you are most grateful for.
If you found some value in this, please share it with a friend you think would enjoy it! And let me know if you’d like to be added to get TGIM. Or visit https://walshwellness.weebly.com/ for older editions and if you’d like to subscribe.
This week, my podcast recommendation this week is from Tom Bilyeu’s 6 Laws of Power To Get Anything You Want in Life with Robert Green Part I.” I am obsessed with both parts one and two of this podcast. Please go check it out.
With that, have a wonderful Tuesday everyone!
Until next time,
Shannon
